H.E. Filali FILALI is a professional economic and financial expert with more than three decades of experience at the Central Bank of Mauritania, where he played an active role in developing market-based monetary policy instruments and contributing to the formulation of exchange rate determination methodologies. He has held several senior leadership positions in monetary policy, economic research and financial stability. He has also contributed to supporting financial sector reforms and strengthening cooperation with international financial institutions.
