Dr. Sameer Fakhri Neamah is a distinguished Iraqi academic and economist. He serves as Director General of the Statistics and Research Department at the Central Bank of Iraq. He has an extensive experience in monetary, fiscal and banking policies. He represents Iraq on the Board of Governors of the AMF and has made significant academic contributions through more than 25 specialized research publications. He has also played an active role in promoting financial stability and banking sector reforms.
