Deputy Minister for External Finance Sector
H.E. Dr. Nasr Saleh Muthanna Al-Harbi is an international public finance expert with more than three decades of experience at Yemen’s Ministry of Finance. He currently serves as the Deputy Minister for the External Financial Relations Sector.
He has led and contributed to the management of external financing relations and represented Yemen in international financial institutions. He has also made significant contributions in the economic reform programs and in strengthening cooperation with donors and international organizations.
